Course Description:

This course introduces human resource management approaches for the optimal employment of the capabilities of employees, and attention to the employees’ affairs, through planning the functional needs of institutions, appointing employees by following different methods for employment of high qualification employees, continuously enhancing and developing the working competencies professionally, forming leadership through which employees can be influenced, raise the level of performance and efficiency of employees, overcome the difficulties that work environment faces, working to reduce conflicts, and following-up and evaluating the employee’s performance.
