Course Description:

This course provides a study of the concept of the relationship between the consumer and commercial peculiarities and their nature, knowledge of the nature of commercial peculiarities, the study of the necessity of understanding consumer culture, the distinct characteristics of each customer, types of customers, and methods of dealing with customers, the study of the multiple economic and social factors that affect the formation of consumer cultures, studying what the purchasing decision is, the factors that affect consumers’ purchasing decision, and the importance of diversity in tastes, studying multiple models about the importance of cross-cultural analysis, and managing intercultural differences to better reach customers.
