Course Description:

This course introduces the fundamentals of customer service, starting from appointing a trained staff in communication skills effectively with customers, providing appropriate responses to inquiries, providing solutions that fit customer problems, correcting any problems and misconceptions of customers and responding to rumours, providing complete support to customers, appreciation, and respect for customers, the ability to self-control and deal with different personalities, and the ability to be familiar with all the necessary information about the products and services provided by the institution in terms of specifications, how to use, and the necessary precautions when using.
