This course provides methods to identify problems and resolve conflicts that result from cultural, social, and intellectual differences between people, or interests and ambitions, or misunderstanding without violence or relationships loss with the aim of achieving consensus between the parties of the conflict by finding common points of understanding, and choosing honest, objective people have a sufficient experience for direct or indirect negotiation between the parties of the conflict.
