Course Description:

This course explains the role of the executive management in developing plans, preparing projects, studying the available possibilities to obtain adequate funding, people, resources, and machines needed to implement policies and plans, receiving decisions and desires of higher management to request the implementation of these decisions and desires from direct management, monitoring the progress of operations and their implementation, monitoring implementation results in the various stages of activity, submit results reports to the higher management, define the tasks and authority of workers, coordinate all production elements, contribute to preparing the organization’s general plans, and others.
