Course Description:

This course provides formulas of insurance proposals and the formation of the insurance contract, the operational clause of the insurance, the cases of exclusion or exception in the insurance contract, the cases of insurance extension, the conditions of insurance and its guarantees, the conditions that follow the insurance contract, the implicit conditions of the insurance, the preliminary conditions for the insurance claim, the policies that are related to the insurance, clauses for insurance cancellation, interpretation, renewal of insurance, interpretation of the services of the financial complaint investigator, suggestions issued by the Joint Legal Committee, pledge insurance guarantees, declarations of facts in the past or present, the impact of breaching insurance conditions, cases of endorsement, and others.
