Course Description:

This course provides a study of the concept of sports training techniques, their importance, and their role in developing the level of physical activity, studying the basic rules related to aerobic and anaerobic training, knowledge of muscle training systems and how to consume oxygen, studying diversification systems, choosing appropriate training periods for the athlete, and calculating the duration and intensity of the sports system, studying a set of basic information on muscle movement systems, regulating muscle energy, avoiding muscle fatigue problems, and regulating periods required for physical rest, and others.

Sports trainers.
