This course includes the principles of the executive secretariat in terms of organizing phone calls, organizing conversations that carried out using various social media channels and means, managing budgets and preparing well for them, organizing dealing with visitors, supervising meetings, preparing reports, arranging travel trips, organizing office tasks, arranging and the preparation of records, collecting and organizing information, ability to access to basic and important information for institutions, organizing the office, organizing dealing with others, organizing and managing correspondence, preparing and organizing agendas, and others.

Target Groups:

Secretarial workers for executive directors (CEO).
